This plan includes an initial 30 minute video consultation, followed by a one month personally tailored rehab plan, after the first month, another 30 minute video consultation to discuss progress, followed by the second months tailored rehab plan, then concluded by a third and final 30 minute video consultation and a third tailored rehab plan.
